The National Testing Agency is conducting the UGC-NET Exam for Junior Research Fellowship and eligibility for Assistant professor. The Authority will hold the “National Eligibility Test (Dec 2020 and June 2021)” from 20.11.2021 to 05.12.2021. The test comprises two papers and is conducted in computer-based Test (CBT) mode.
We know that many students were waiting for the UGC NET Exam Date. So the Department has released NTA NET Entrance Exam Notification and Test Dates. Hence eligible and interested candidates can fill NTA UGC NET 2021 Application Form in the right manner.
The Process of UGC NET Application Form 2021 has been started and students can apply from 10th August 2021. The National Eligibility Test was conducted by the National Testing Agency on behalf of the University Grants Commission (UGC). The NTA conducts UGC-NET for determining eligibility for Assistant Professor, Junior Research Fellowship, or both.

The National Eligibility Test is conducted in 84 subjects in 91 cities across the country. The test will comprise of two papers i.e. Paper-I and Paper-II for a total of 300 Marks. In paper-1, 50 questions are asked and 100 questions in Paper-2. See the complete UGC NET Syllabus in PDF here.

Eligibility Criteria for UGC NET December 2020 Cycle (June 2021)
Before filling the UGC NET Application Form, students must check eligibility conditions. If they meet all eligible norms then start the NTA UGC NET Registration Process.
Qualification- Students must have a master’s degree in relevant disciplines or its equivalent from any recognized institute/University.
General/ Unreserved-NEWS aspirants should have secured at least 55% marks in Post Graduation (50% for SC/ST/PWd candidates).
Note- Aspirants who are appearing in their final year will also be eligible to apply.
JRF- Candidate’s age should not be more than 31 years as of the last date of the UGC NET Application Form. A relaxation of upto 5 years is given to the aspirants belonging to OBC-NCL /SC/ST/PwD/Third gender categories and to women applicants.
Assistant Professor- There is no upper age limit in applying for UGC-NET for Assistant Professor.
Contenders are also required to pay the application fee as per their category. The payment of the fee will be deposited online mode via Net Banking, Credit Card/Debit Card/ UPI/Wallet.

How to fill NTA UGC NET 2021 Application Form
Candidates must have the necessary details and documents/Certificates while filling UGC NET Application Form. The NTA NET online form will be accepted in online mode and no other mode/means will be accepted. So students should read UGC NET Exam Notification Carefully and then submit the UGC NET Registration form in the right manner.

Step-I: They must complete register for online Registration using their own E-Mail-ID and Mobile number and note down system-generated Application Number.
Step-2: Complete the online Application form and note down the system Generated application number,
Step-3: Upload scanned images like a recent photograph in jpg/jpeg fiel, size 10kb- 200 kb) either in colour or black & white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against white background; (ii) candidate’s signature (file size: 4kb – 30kb.
Step-3: Pay the fee using the Payment Gateway(s)/Payment Modes of concerned Banks/Paytm integrated to the Online Application and keep proof of fee paid

UGC NET Exam Pattern 2021
The National Eligibility Test will consist of two papers. Both papers will consist of Objective type multiple-choice questions. The Exam shall be organized in a Computer-based Test (CBT mode only. The paper-I will carry 50 Questions and each question carries 2 marks. In Paper-II, 100 questions will be made for 200 Marks.

UGC NET Admit Card
Aspirants whose UGC NET Application Form 2021 are found right in all respects then have to undergo a Computer-based Test. UGC NET Admit Card would be issued for UGC NET December 2020 cycle (June 2021).
The candidate has to download the Admit Card from the NTA website and appear for the Examination at the given Centre on a date, shift, time, and discipline as indicated in his/her Admit Card.
