Railway Recruitment Cell is prepping to announce East Coast Railway Apprentice Merit List. The Complete East Coast Railway Selection Process against Notification No. ECoR/RRC/Act Appr/2019 are given here. after receiving the online form, the board will shortlist eligible candidates for Document Verification.

Details of East Coast Railway Apprentice Selection Process 2021
Selection of candidates for East Coast Railway Apprentice Bharti 2021 will be on the basis of the merit list prepared in respect of all the eligible candidates who apply against the East Coast Railway Recruitment 2021.
- The RRC East Coast Railway Merit List 2021 will be prepared by taking the average of Matriculation [with minimum 50% marks) + ITI (in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done) marks.
- The Recruitment Panel will be prepared to take the average of % marks obtained by the candidate in both matriculation and ITI exam giving equal weightage to both. For example, the Candidate scored X % marks in matriculation and Y % marks in ITI then the total score consider for East Coast Railway Apprentice Selection Process 2021 will be calculated as ½(X+Y)=Z.
- Now for Trades as the minimum education criteria are 8th pass + ITI exam. The East Coast Railway Apprentice Merit List 2021 will be prepared by taking the average score of 8th class & ITI (in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done) marks.
- Shortlisted candidates will be enlisted and will be called for East Coast Railway Apprentice Document Verification 2021. RRC Board will release the list on the official portal & will allow candidates 1.5 times of notifying vacancy.
- In case of the same marks enquired by 2 candidates, older aged candidates will get selected & if candidates having the same age then, one who had done matriculation early will be selected for East Coast Railway Apprentice Post.
