Only a single ESSE Exam will be held for Eklavya Model Residential School Teacher Jobs. The NESTS has taken several initiatives in the recent past to improve the quality of education in the EMRSs.
The National Testing Agency is to conduct EMRS Teaching Staff Selection Exam. The selection of Principal, Vice Principal and PGT shall be by merit in which the Computer-Based Test (CBT) carries 160 marks and the personality test/ interview carries 40 marks.
