उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री श्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने युवाओ के लिए यूपी फ्री टेबलेट स्मार्टफोन योजना शुरू की है। आज के दौर में शिक्षा इंटरनेट के माध्यम से प्रदान की जारी रही है। ऐसे में कई छात्र अपनी आर्थिक स्थिति कमजोर होने के कारण Tablet और Smartphone खरीदने में सक्षम नहीं है। UP फ्री टेबलेट योजना का शुभारंभ 19 अगस्त 2021 को किया गया था। यहाँ से छात्र UP Free Tablet Smartphone Yojana List 2021 और Status की जांच कस्र सकते है।
UP Tablet & Smartphone Vitaran Yojana First List
On the occasion of the birthday of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, on 25 December 2021, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has released the first list of UP Free Tablet Smartphone Scheme. Free mobiles and tablets were distributed to 1 lakh youth by him.
Smartphones and tablets will be distributed to the eligible candidates through DIGI Shakti (डीजी शक्ति) portal. We have given below the process to sign in on the DIGI Shakti portal. Students can download the UP Free Tablet Smartphone Scheme List from there.
What is UP Free Tablet/Smartphone Scheme 2021
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister has announced that Government will distribute 1 Crore Free Table and Smartphone to students.
Government graduates, postgraduates, technical and diploma holders will be benefited under this scheme. The government has earmarked a budget of Rs 3000 crore for this scheme. Under the UP Free Tablet Scheme, students studying in Graduation, Post Graduation, Technical and Diploma will be included.
In the first phase of the UP Free Tablet Smartphone Yojana List, 60000 mobiles and 40000 tablets will be distributed by the Chief Minister on 25 December 2021. Under the first phase, an order worth Rs 2035 crore was issued by the Uttar Pradesh government for the purchase of mobiles and laptops. In which 10.5 lakh mobiles will be purchased at the rate of ₹ 10740 and 7 lakh 20 thousand tablets at the rate of ₹ 12606. About 18 lakh mobiles and tablets will be supplied by the companies soon.

Eligibility Criteria for UP Free Tablet/SmartPhone Yojana 2021
First students check complete eligible conditions (Education Qualification) for Uttar Pradesh Free Tablet & Smartphone Scheme. And then they start Registration for यूपी फ्री टेबलेट स्मार्टफोन योजना from डिजी शक्ति पोर्टल (DigiShakti).
Qualification- To apply for this scheme, students should complete or pursue UG, PG, Engineering and Diploma/Technical Courses. and they should pass these courses with 60% or more marks. Students should be passed First division in these degree courses for UPCM Tablet Yojna 2021-22.
Eligibility –
The student should be a permanent resident of the state of Uttar Pradesh.
Passed the exam with at least 60 percent marks. Because the selection for the UP Free Tablet / Smartphone scheme will be based on merit.

सरकार ने योजना का लाभ प्रदान करने के लिए डीजीशक्ति पोर्टल का शुभारम्भ किया है। इस पोर्टल के माध्यम यूनिवर्सिटी द्वारा छात्रों का Data एकत्रित किया जायेगा। उसके बात UP free tablet Smartphone Yojana List जारी की जाएगी। पहले चरण में सरकार 2.5 लाख टेबलेट एवं 5 लाख स्मार्टफोन प्रदान करेगी।
छात्रों को योजना का लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए पंजीकरण करने की जरुरत नहीं है। इसके लिए विश्वविद्यालयों द्वारा data Digiशक्ति पोर्टल पर फीड किया जायेगा।
Required Documents for UP Free Tablet Smartphone Vitran Yojana 2021
Students are required to upload or attach necessary documents in online or offline mode. First of all, students will download Uttar Pradesh Free Smartphone Yojana Application form PDF and then attach the required documents. Followings documents are required for UP Free Mobile & Tablet Scheme-
- Date of birth (DOB) Proof (10th Marksheet)
- UG/PG/ Engineering and Diploma Marks sheet
- One Identity Card of the student (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, College ID and Driving License)
- Caste Certificate
- Domicile Certificate of students

- First of all, candidates visit the official website i.e. http://upcmo.up.nic.in/
- And then select UP Free Tablet/Smartphone Yojana
- Click on apply online for this Scheme
- After this, the application form will open in front of you.
- You have to enter all the important information asked in the application form like your name, Mobile Number, Email ID etc.
- Now you have to upload all the important documents.
- After that, you have to click on submit option.
- In this way, you will be able to apply under the UP Free Tablet / Smartphone scheme.
