Railway Recruitment Cell, Northern Railway is recruiting eligible candidates for the Engagement of 3093 Apprentices Under the Apprentices Act 1961. Selection of Apprentices is to be made on the basis of Merit prepared to take the average of the percentage marks obtained in the 10th class & ITI Exam. There will be no written test of the viva.

Eligibility Criteria for Northern Railway Apprentice Recruitment

Education Qualification- The student must have passed the SSC/Matriculation/10th class exam or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks, in aggregate and must have passed ITI in the relevant trade issued by NCVT/SCVT recognized by the Govt of India. Latest 10th/12thPass Jobs
Age Limit- (As on the closing date of Online Application i.e. 20.10.2021)
- The candidates should have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 24 years
- The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years in the case of SC/ST candidates, 3 years in the case of OBC candidates.
- For Persons with Disabilities, the upper age limit is relaxed by 10 years.
- Upper age limit is relaxable by up to additional 10 years for ex-servicemen
Application Fee for RRC NR Jobs
Canddiates have to pay application charges of Rs 100/-. Payment of fee is to be paid through online mode as part of the online application process. No fee is required to be paid by SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates

Selection Process for Northern Railway Apprentice Bharti
Selection of Act Apprentices is to be made on the basis of merit prepared to take the average of the percentage marks obtained by the candidate in both Matriculation/SSC/10″ (with minimum 50% aggregate marks) & ITI examination giving equal weightage to both.
A final merit list will be a prepared cluster, trade-wise and community-wise, equal to the number of slots in the descending order of percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in SSC/Matriculation/ 10th Class & ITI.
