राजस्थान मुख्यमंत्री राजश्री योजना – राजस्थान सरकार ने समाज में बेटियों को सशक्त बनाने के लिए 1 जून 2016 Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Rajshree Shubh Laxmi Yojana शुरू की है। इस योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य बेटियों (Girls) के जन्म को प्रोत्साहित करने, लड़के-लड़की में किये जाने वाले भेदभाव को खत्म करने, बालिकाओं के स्तर को ऊपर उठाने, लड़कियों के शैक्षणिक एवं स्वास्थ्य स्तर में सुधार करना है। इस स्कीम के तहत लड़की के जन्म से लेकर 12वी तक की पढ़ाई करने तक अभिभावक को 50 हजार रूपये की आर्थिक सहायता राशि प्रदान की जाती है।

राजस्थान के आर्थिक एवं शख्यिंकी निदेशालय के तहत राज्य सरकार ने महिलाओ की साक्षरता दर की कम करने के लिए प्रोत्साहन के तौर पर गरीब एवं जरूरतमंद परिवारों की बच्चियों के लिए आर्थिक मदद का प्रावधान बना चुकी है। सभी जरूरतमंद परिवार बेटियों की शिक्षा के लिए मुख्यमंत्री राजश्री योजना का लाभ उठा सकते हैं | सभी प्रकार की सुविधाएँ, अनिवार्यता और प्रक्रिया राज्य सरकार की Rajshree Yojana Rajasthan Registration Form पोर्टल पर अंकित हैं |
मुख्यमंत्री राजश्री योजना के लाभ
मुख्यमंत्री राजश्री योजना के अंतर्गत प्रत्येक लाभार्थी बालिका के माता, पिता/ अभिभावक को कुल राशि रूपये 50 हजार अधिकतम का भुगतान नियमानुसार किया जायेगा | राजश्री योजना तहत राशि का निम्न चरणों में वितरण किया जायेगा –
- बेटी के जन्म के समय 2500 रूपये
- बेटी एक वर्ष की होने पर टीकाकरण के समय 2500 रूपये
- पहली कक्षा में प्रवेश लेने पर 4000 रूपये
- कक्षा 6 में प्रवेश लेने पर 5000 रूपये
- कक्षा 10 में प्रवेश लेने पर 11000 रूपये
- कक्षा 12 उत्तीर्ण करने पर 25000 रूपये
Eligibility Criteria for Rajasthan Rajshri Yojana
Bhamashah card of the beneficiary is mandatory to get the benefit of Chief Minister Rajshri Yojana. There is a provision to make payment directly to the bank account of the beneficiary having Bhamashah card. Women can get Bhamashah cards made during pregnancy.
The first two installments of the Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojna will be given to all those girls born in a government hospital and private medical institutions registered with Janani Suraksha Yojana. Both these installments will be given to their parents even if the third child is a girl child, but they will not get the benefit of further installments in the scheme.
To get the benefit, the details of the bank account linked to the Bhamashah card and Bhamashah card during the prenatal check up / ANC check of the pregnant woman will have to be made available at the nearest Anganwadi center in the ANM / ASHA / Anganwadi worker or Government Medical Institute .
Beneficiary women whose Bhamashah nomination is not done, such women will have to get their Bhamashah card from their nearest e-Mitra center and provide details in the nearest Anganwadi center or government medical institute.

मुख्यमंत्री राजश्री योजना – पात्रता
योजना लाभ उन्ही बालिकाओं को मिलेगा जिनका जन्म 01 जून 2016 अथवा उसके बाद हुआ हो।
ऐसी बालिकाएं जिनके माता या पिता आधार कार्ड अथवा भामाशाह कार्डधारी हो। यदि हितग्राही के पास प्रथम किश्त का लाभ लेते समय आधार अथवा भामाशाह कार्ड नहीं है तो भी प्रथम किश्त की राशि संस्थागत प्रसव के आधार पर प्रदान किया जायेगा किन्तु दूसरी किश्त का लाभ लेने से पूर्व एडगर अथवा भामाशाह कार्ड की प्रति उपलब्ध करना आवश्यक होगा|
Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojna का लाभ केवल राजस्थान की मूल निवासी प्रसूताओं के लिए ही देयहै।
Rajasthan Rajshri Yojana के लिए प्रथम एवं द्वितीय किश्त का लाभ सभी संस्थागत प्रसव से जन्म लेने वाली बालिकाओं को देय होगा। और तीसरी एवं बाद की किश्तों का लाभ एक परिवार में अधिकतम दो जीवित संतान तक ही सिमित होगा।
इस योजना में यदि माता-पिता की ऐसी बालिका की मृत्यु हो जाती है, जिसे एक या दो किश्तों का लाभ दिया जा चूका हो तो, ऐसे माता-पिता की कुल जीवित सन्तानो में से मृत बालिका की संख्या कम हो जाएगी तथा अगर माता-पिता एक और बालिका को जन्म देते है, तो वह लाभ की पात्र होगी|
मुख्यमंत्री राजश्री योजना में प्रथम किश्त हेतु राज्य के राजकीय एवं चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा संस्थागत प्रसव हेतु अधिकृत निजी चिकित्सा संस्थानों में प्रसव से जन्म लेना जरुरी होगा|
द्वितीय किश्त का लाभ चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा जारी मातृ-शिशु स्वास्थ्य कार्ड / ममता कार्ड के अनुसार टीके लगवाने के आधार पर होगा।
इस योजना में ऐसी बालिकाएं लाभ के लिए पात्र होंगी, जो राज्य सरकार द्वारा संचालित शिक्षण संस्थाओ में प्रत्येक चरण में (कक्षा, 1,6, 10 और 12) अध्यनरत है/ रही है|
Rajasthan RajShree Yojana की अगली किश्त पूर्व में सभी किश्त प्राप्त करने की स्थिति में ही देय होंगी|
मुख्यमंत्री राजश्री योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए भामाशाह कार्ड होना जरुरी है-
15 मई 2017 के बाद लाभार्थी के पास भामाशाह कार्ड होने पर भुगतान उसके बैंक खाते से किया जायेगा|
अपने निकटतम आंगबाड़ी केंद्र पर A.N.M./ आशा/ आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता अथवा राजकीय चिकित्सा संस्थान में उपलब्ध करवाएं |
जिन लाभार्थी महिला का अभी तक भामाशाह कार्ड नहीं बना हुआ है, वे अपने निकटतम ई-मित्र केंद्र से भामाशाह कार्ड बनवाकर निकटतम आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र अथवा राजकीय चिकित्सा संस्थान में उपलब्ध करवाएं|
