केंद्र सरकार सभी BPL तथा APL राशन कार्ड धारक परिवार की महिलाओ को 1600 रूपये की आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान कर रही है । PMUY Yojana के द्वारा सरकार देश के सभी गरीब एपीएल तथा बीपीएल परिवारों को LPG गैस कनेक्शन उपलब्ध करना भारत सरकार का लक्ष्य है । प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना के तहत आवेदन करने के लिए लाभार्थी महिलाओ की उम्र 18 साल या उससे अधिक होनी चाहिए तभी वह इस योजना का लाभ उठा सकती है ।

प्रधान मंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना (PMUY) का मुख्य उद्येश्य भारत में अशुध्द ईंधन को छोड़कर स्वच्छ एलपीजी को बढ़ावा देगा तथा पर्यावरण को दूषित होने से बचाना है । यह योजना उन परिवारों की महिलाओ के है जो गरीबी रेखा से निचे आती है और लकड़ी एकत्र करके चूल्हा जलाकर खाना पकाना पड़ता है । इसके धुएं से महिलाओ तथा बच्चो के स्वास्थ्य को हानि होती है प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना के अंतर्गत मिलने वाली एल पी जी गैस के इस्तेमाल से महिलाओ तथा बच्चो के स्वास्थ्य को सुरक्षित रखा जा सकेगा | इस योजना के ज़रिये महिला सशक्तिकरण को बढ़ावा देना |
PMUY Ujjwala Yojana 2022 Details
The PUMY was launched in 2016 and this scheme is currently active and covers 715 districts of the country. The Main objective of this Scheme is to provide clean fuel in the form of LPG Gas connections to the BPL Families. Cash assistance of Rs.1600/- is provided to the beneficiary for each new connection. Under this scheme, beneficiaries avail loan on refill or LPG Stove.

Eligibility Criteria for PMUY 2022 – PM Ujjwala Yojana Selection of Beneficiary
Candidates first check Eligibility Criteria for PMUY Free LPG Gas Connection and Benefit under this scheme. Followings are eligibility needed for Selection of Beneficiary provided below-
- An Adult women from a poor Family (BPL) without an LPG connection
- The Candidate should be citizen of India
- Age of the applicant should be more than 18 years
- The Fee LPG Connection will be issued only in the name of the women of the family.
- Identification of these beneficiaries will be done from SECC 2011 list or BPL households from the following seven categories i.e. SC/ST households– Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) (Gramin)– Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) – Forest dwellers – Most Backward Classes (MBC)– Tea and Ex-Tea Garden Tribes– People residing in river Islands
प्रधानमत्री उज्ज्वला योजना के लिए पात्रता /योग्यता
- कैंडिडेट का नाम सामाजिक, आर्थिक और जाती आधारित जनगणना 2011 के आंकड़ों में होना जरुरी है ।
- इस योजना के लिए महिला बीपीएल परिवार से होनी चाहिए
- पीएम उज्ज्वला योजना के लिए महिला की उम्र 18 साल से काम नहीं होनी चाहिए
- बीपीएल महिला का एक बचत खता किसी राष्ट्रिय बैंक में होना जरुरी है ।
- आवेदक के पास बीपीएल कार्ड और बीपीएल राशन कार्ड होना जरुरी है
- घर में किसी के नाम से पहले कोई एलपीजी कनेक्शन नहीं होना चाहिए
Benefit of Ujjwala Scheme – प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना के लाभ
उज्ज्वला योजना के तहत करीब 8 करोड़ परिवारों को मुफ्त गैस उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा । इससे सभी महिलाओ को अब खाना पकने में आसानी रहेगी । वर्ष 2011 में की गई जनगणना के अनुसार जो परिवार BPL श्रेणी में आते है उन्ही को इस योजना का लाभ मिल पायेगा ।
- लाभार्थी का मोबाइल नंबर रजिस्टर होना चाहिए
- केवल एक महीने में एक ही सिलेंडर मिलेगा
- दूसरा सिलेंडर बुक करने के से पहले काम से कम 15 दिन का गेप देना होगा
- इस योजना में केवल14.5 KG वाले 3 सिलेंडर दिए जायेंगे
- ये सिलेंडर गरीब कल्याण योजना के तहत दिए जा रहे है |
