OSSTET Admit Card 2024 BSE Odisha Secondary School TET Date
Odisha Board of Secondary Education has issued a Notification for Secondary School Teacher Eligibility Test-2023 (1st Phase). The OSSTET Application Form commences between 14th November – 23rd November. However, Candidates give the OSSTET to become teachers in Secondary Schools i.e. Govt/Aided/ Recognized Unaided Secondary Schools in the State of Odisha. Odisha Secondary TET will conduct in two different categories i.e. Category-I: Education Teacher and Category-II: Physical Education Teacher.
There shall be two papers i.e. Paper-I and Paper-I. The first paper shall be for those candidates who want to become Education Teachers (Trained Graduate Teachers in Science/Arts, Hindi/Classical Teacher {Sanskrit/Urdu/Telugu}). OSSTET Exam Pattern 2024 BSE Odisha STET Exam
The Odisha OSSTET Exam Pattern gives an idea about the Odisha Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test 2022. The written exam will be objective type (multiple choice Type). Total no. of questions to be asked in the exam will be 150 which is 150 Marks. Each question will carry o1 mark. and there will be no negative markings in the exam.
There shall be two papers of the OSSTET viz Paper-I and Paper-II. The Duration of the Test in each paper shall be 2 hours and 30 minutes.
All questions will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) each carrying one mark with four alternatives out of which one is correct. Whereas, Each Paper shall be made from Language-I & II, under stream TGT (Arts) and TGT (Science for both PCM & CBZ), Child Development, Pedagogy, School Management, and Evaluation. While, there shall be no negative marking.
Qualifying Marks-
To qualify Odisha Secondary School Teacher Eligibility Test, Aspirants have to obtain a minimum of 60% marks on each paper. A person securing 60% or more in each paper shall be considered to have qualified OSSTET. In the case of SC/ ST/ PH/ SEBC candidates, the minimum pass mark shall be 50%.
