Every year, Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan conducts Entrance Test for admission in Class VI and in Class VII, VIII & IX. This year, Board of Secondary Education Odisha has published OAVS Admission Notification and OAV Entrance Test form starting from 18.01.2023. In addition, students can apply for OAVET 2023 till 6th February 2023. But before applying, aspirants or parents must check the required eligibility criteria. The Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Entrance Test 2023 will be conducted at a centre selected by the BSE Odisha.

The Board of Secondary Education is conducting Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Entrance Test (OAVET) 2023. And the OAVS Entrance Exam holds for Class 6th, 7th, 8th & 9th Admission. IN all classes of OAVs there are two sections with an intake capacity of 40 students in each section. Therefore aspirants first apply online for OAV Entrance Test 2023 as per given eligibility norms.
Class-VI: Students should be continuing or passed Class V during the Academic session 2022-23. Minimum age of the student should be 10 or more than 10 years and 12 or less than 12 years as on 31 march 2023.
Class-VII: Students should pass or appear in Class VI. Age should be 11 to 13 Years.
Class-VIII: For admission in class 8th to any OAVs, students should pass Class VII. Age should be between 12 to 14 years.
Class-IX: Aspirants seeking admission in Class 9th must be continuing/passed Class 8th. And age should be between 13 to 15 years.

OAVET 2023 Entrance Exam Pattern
As we know that, the Entry to all OAVs will be done through a common entrance test. And BSE Odisha will conduct Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Admission Test for VI & Lateral Entry for Class-VII, VIII & IX. The Test would consist of one paper. There will be no negative marking.
