ATET Education Qualification
Assam Lower Primary TET (Class I to V)
Aspirants should pass Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks plus 2 Year Diploma in Elementary Education, and 4 Year B/El.Ed or Two Year Diploma in Education

Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education OR
Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) obtained from any NCTE recognized institution
Assam Upper Primary TET (Class VI to VIII)
Candidates must have a Graduation degree and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education OR
Graduation or Post Graduate with at least 50% marks and 1 Year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) OR
Senior Secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B. El. Ed)/ 4-year B.A./B. Sc. Ed. Or B.A.Ed/B. Sc. Ed.

SSA Assam TET 2024 Application Fee
It is necessary to pay Application charges while applying for Assam LP UP TET 2024. Aspirants have to deposit application Fees paper-wise and category-wise. The paper I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for the lower Primary level (Classes I to V). Paper II will be for Upper Primary Level Teacher Classes 6 to 8. Both papers will carry 150 objective-type questions. All (150) questions will be of MCQ type; each question will carry 1 mark.
