There are various factors which play an important role in determining the CTET Cutoff Category wise and making it a highly competitive Exam. Followings are the list of factors deciding the CTET cutoff marks –
number of Candidates: It will calculate how many candidates appeared in the Exam at time of making CTET cutoff List. If the number of Participants is high then competition and cutoff marks will also rise.
Exam Difficulty Level: Another factor is Difficulty level of Paper and it is also determining factors of the CTET Cutoff Marks. If the Exam difficulty level is high then the cutoff will also be low.
Performance of Candidates: During determining Cutoff, look at overall performance of candidates. If a huge number of examinees perform well in the Exam then cutoff will also be high.
