If you want to become a Primary Teacher then apply for PSTET Paper-1 and for Upper Primary Teacher, apply for Punjab TET Paper-2. In this Exam, the Exam will carry 150 objective-type questions and each question carry one mark. Thus, the whole Exam shall be of 150 Marks. The Department of School Education, Government of Punjab has issued PSTET Notification. And a huge number of students want to apply for Punjab TET 2023. They should keep the necessary eligibility decided by the Recruitment for Paper-1 & Paper-2. In addition, they have to pay Application Charges for Punjab TET Paper-I and Paper-II. For Primary School Teachers from Class 1st to 5th: The interested candidates must have passed class 12th/Intermediate with at least 50% marks aggregate marks, along with 2 years Diploma in Education Elementary Education.
For Elementary Teacher from Class 6th to 8th: The Candidate must have qualified their Graduation degree with at least 50% marks additional to B.Ed.
PSTET 2023 Application Fee
You have to pay the fee for Punjab TET registration. If you want to apply for only one paper, then you have to pay a fee of Rs 1000/- and for both the papers, you have to pay a fee of Rs 2000/-. However, for SC, ST and Divyang candidates of the state, the fee is fixed at Rs 500 for one paper and Rs 1000 for two papers. The fee structure of PSTET 2023 is as per follows:
