Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education has announced JEEP Counselling Schedule. And now based on the JEEP Rank List, a list of qualified students can apply online for Uttarakhand Polytechnic 1st Round Counselling. Besides, they first see the Result of the Joint Engineering Examination Polytechnic (JEEP-2023)’. As per reports, UBTER JEEP 1st Round Counselling will start from 11 July 2023. And candidates can complete their Registration and Choice Filling and pay Counselling. And then, Authority will declare UBTER Polytechnic Counselling Result & First Seat Allotment List on 17 July 2023.
First of all, students Apply for the UBTER JEEP Counselling Application Form and fill out a choice of college according to their rank. After that Department has declared the JEEP Counselling Result and seat Allotment List of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Round. Students may also pay Counseling fees at the time of Online Registration.
The counseling process has started for admission in diploma courses in polytechnics through free online counseling in Uttarakhand. Online counseling is being organized for admission in academic session 2023-25 in government/state women / aided and private training institutes.

Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education is organizing JEEP Counseling in Polytechnic Diploma courses through online mode. For admission in 3 Year Diplom courses, the department conducted “Joint Engineering Entrance Polytechnic”.
UK Diploma 1st Round Counseling will be started on 11 July 2023. The UBTER JEEP Counselling is conducted online mode only. The Department conducts the Counselling in various rounds depending upon the availability of seats. Aspirants have allotted the colleges only after the verification of all required documents. The UBTER Polytechnic Admission Seat Allotment for 1st Round will be issued on 17.07.2023 and 2nd Round Seat Allotment on 31.07.2023. Applicants are advised to check the web portal on a daily basis for all updates.

Eligibility criteria for UK Polytechnic Counseling 2023
ऑनलाइन काउन्सलिंग में सम्मिलित होने के लिए अभ्यर्थी को कोई काउन्सलिंग शुल्क (Counseling Fee) नहीं देना होगा। ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग से सम्बंधित समस्त जानकारी काउन्सलिंग की वेबसाइट http://ukcounseling.nic.in/ पर उपलब्ध रहेगी। अतः अभ्यर्थी काउन्सलिंग में सम्मिलित होने से पूर्व समस्त प्रक्रिया का अध्ययन कर ले।
जीप-2023 की प्रवेश परीक्षा में सम्मिलित समस्त अभ्यर्थी ऑन लाइन काउन्सलिंग हेतु मात्र ऐसे अभ्यर्थी जो उत्तराखंड के स्थाई निवासी नहीं है एवं पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश हेतु न्यूनतम अर्हता उत्तराखंड से उत्तीर्ण नहीं है, काउन्सलिंग हेतु मात्र नहीं होंगे।
ऑन लाईन काउन्सलिंग हेतु सर्वप्रथम अभ्यर्थी काउंसलिंग की वेबसाइट http://ukcounseling.nic.in/ में Login ID /Password बनाकर रजिस्ट्रेशन की कार्यवाही पूर्ण करेंगे। रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए अभ्यर्थी को अनुक्रमांक, आवेदन पत्र संख्या एवं जन्मतिथि की जानकारी होनी अनिवार्य होगी। अभ्यर्थी वेबसाइट पर रजिस्ट्रेशन एवं पासवर्ड बनाते समय अपना सम्पूर्ण विवरण ध्यानपूर्वक चेक कर एवं आवश्यक संशोधन रजिस्ट्रेशन के समय ही कर ले।
UBTER JEEP Counselling Procedure
JEEP Counseling will organize in various rounds. 1st round Registration of Uttarakhand Polytechnic Counselling has been completed. Now the board has declared the JEEP 1st Seat Allotment Result.
After the first round of counseling seats remains vacant in the participating institutions, the second round of counseling will be conducted. Candidates may register for UK Polytechnic Counseling for the 2nd round from 25 July 2023.
In 2nd round of counseling, candidates are able to upgrade their seats, Candidates who have not attended the first round of counseling are able to participate in the 2nd and 3rd rounds of JEEP Counseling.
