UPPSC Staff Nurse Syllabus 2023-24 Exam Pattern
Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission is conducting Recruitment for 2240 Staff Nurse (Male/Female) Vacancies. Those candidates will be called for the Prelims Examination whose applications are found right in all respects. UPPSC Staff Nurse Exam Pattern 2023
We have already discussed that the written exam will divide into two parts Prelims and the Main Examination. In Preliminary Exam, there are 170 questions will be asked for 85 Marks. Each Question Carries 0.5 Marks. There will be negative marking and a 1/3 mark will deduct for each wrong answer. The question paper shall be made from General Knowledge, General Hindi, and Main Nursing subjects.
यूपी स्टाफ नर्स प्रीलिम्स एग्जाम पैटर्न
पहले प्रारंभिक परीक्षा होगी जिसमे दो पार्ट होंगे- पहले पार्ट में नर्सिंग विषय से कुल 120 प्रश्न पूछे जायेंगे जो कुल 60 अंको का होगा। वही दूसरे पार्ट में 50 प्रश्न सामान्य ज्ञान एवं सामान्य हिंदी से आएंगे जो कुल 25 अंको का होगा। इस प्रकार प्रीलिम्स परीक्षा में कुल 170 प्रश्न 85 अंको के होंगे। प्रत्येक प्रश्न बराबर अंक का है।

UPPSC Staff Nurse Mains Exam Pattern 2023
The main exam shall consist of 2 parts descriptive in nature. The duration of the exam shall be 3 hours.
Part A: 5 descriptive questions asked for 5 marks each (word limit 125)
Part B: 6 questions will be asked out of which 4 must be attempted. Each question shall carry 15 marks (word limit 300)

General Knowledge –
History of India and Indian National Movement- In history emphasis should be on a broad understanding of social, economic and Political Aspects of Indian History. In the Indian National movement, aspirants are expected to have a synoptic view of the nature and character of the freedom movement, growth of Nationalism, and attainment of Independence.
Indian Polity and Governance:- Constitution, Political System, Panchayati Raj, Public Policy, Rights Issues, etc:- In Indian Polity, Economic and Culture, questions will test knowledge of the country’s political system including Panchayati Raj and Community Development, broad features of Economic policy in India and Indian Culture.
Indian and World Geography:– Physical, Social, Economic geography of India and the World:- In World Geography only a general understanding of the subject will be expected. Questions on the Geography of India will relate to the Physical, Social & Economic Geography of India.
Current events of national and international importance:– On Current Events of National and International importance, candidates will be expected to have knowledge about them.
Indian Agriculture:- The candidates will be expected to have a general understanding of agriculture in India, agricultural produce, and its marketing.
Economic and Social Development:- Sustainable Development, Poverty, Inclusion, Demographics, Social Sector initiatives, etc. The candidates will be tested with respect to problems and the relationship between Population, Environment and Urbanization.
