RBI Grade-B Exam Pattern 2022
The RBI Grade B Exam is divided into 3 phases. The Reserve Bank of India Officer Grade B Exam Pattern 2022 of Paper 1 of the RBI Officer Grade B Examination comprises a total of 4 parts. Applicants have to clear the Phase 2 examination for the next selection process.
RBI Grade B Paper 1 exam consists of 200 questions, whereas the RBI Grade B Paper 2 exam consists of 100 marks for each paper. Candidates can download the RBI Officer Grade B Syllabus 2022 PDF from below.

In the RBI Grade B Exam Pattern, there will be 30 questions and 50 marks for Objective questions in both Economic & Social Issues and Finance & Management. Candidates only have to attempt 04 questions in the Descriptive section. If a candidate answers more than 04 descriptive questions, only the 1st four will be considered.

Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – DSIM
The Standard of papers would be that of Master’s Degree examination of any Central University in India.
- Paper I: Definition of Probability, Standard distribution, Large and small sample theory, Analysis of Variance, Estimation, Testing of Hypotheses, Multivariate analysis, and Stochastic Processes.
- Paper II: Probability and Sampling, Linear Models and Economic Statistics, Statistical Inference: Estimation, Testing of hypothesis and Non-parametric Test, Stochastic Processes, Multivariate Analysis, and Numerical Analysis and Basic Computer Techniques.
- Paper III: English: The paper on English shall be framed in a manner to assess the writing skills including expression and understanding of the topic.
