Rajasthan High Court Stenographer Syllabus 2023-24 HCRAJ Steno Exam Pattern
Good news for all those candidates who have applied for Stenographer Grade-2 & Grade-3 Posts. Recently, High Court of Rajasthan had published an employment Notification for 277 Stenographer (English & Hindi) Vacancies. Many candidates have submitted online Applications for Steno Bharti from 01 to 30 August 2023. Now they want Stenographer Exam Pattern & Syllabus in Hindi PDF.
As per official Notice, Competitive Exam for the posts of Stenographers Grade-II/III shall consist of the subject given in two alternative Group A and B. A aspirant shall be required to pass the subject Group of the post applied and required to pass Group C compulsorily.
Likewise, Merit List of successful candidates for selection shall prepare on the basis of total aggregate Marks obtained in Shorthand Test and Computer Test (Speed Test & Efficiency Test).

Rajasthan High Court Stenographer Exam Pattern & Syllabus
In this section, we are describing the Scheme & Syllabus of the Steno Examination. The Whole selection consists of three tests in Group-A, Group-B & Group-C. Candidates have to undergo and qualify English Shorthand Test, Hindi Shorthand Test and Computer Test. Competitive Exam for the post of Stenographers Grade-III/ Stenographers shall consist of the subject given in two alternative Group A and B. A Graduate Shall is required to pass the Subject group of the post applied and required to pass Group C Compulsorily.

How to Prepare for Rajasthan High Court Stenographer Exam 2023
Before dictating the final Shorthand passage to the candidates, a trial passage containing 200-250 words should be dictated at the same speed at which the final passage is intended to be dictated. The trial passage need not be transcribed and will not be taken into account while marking.
- After a lapse of two-three minutes, of the dictation of trial passage, the final passage should be dictated by the same person keeping in view the uniformity of speed which can be achieved by marking the passage after every 80-100 words as the case may be.
- After the final passage is dictated, five minutes’ time should be allowed to the candidates for reading the dictated passage.
- The candidates should be required to transcribe the passage on the computer.

RHC Stenographer – Method of Conducting Speed of Efficiency Test
- The language of Speed & Efficiency Test shall be same as the language of the Shorthand Test.
- The font for Computer Test shall be “Kruti Dev 010” for Hindi and “Calibri” for English
- The minimum Speed should be 8000 key depressions per hour on the computer
- Efficiency Tests may be taken on word processing software. It shall include formatting of Test, Paragraph, Page & Table using proper methods and formatting of letters.
