New India Assurance Company Limited has conducted a preliminary Test for 100 Marks and Mains Exam for 200 Marks. Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score for each section of the objective test separately for shortlisting for the Descriptive test evaluation/Interview.

NIACL AO Merit list 2022 Final Selection
Aspirants who have been shortlisted at the end of Phase-II will subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by the Company. The interview will be conducted at select centers. The weightage (ratio) of Online tests and Interviews will be 75:25 respectively.
The final selection would be based on consolidated marks of the main exam (Objective test) & Interview. final merit list of Administrative Officer shall be prepared in descending order of the consolidated marks secured by the candidates.
After completing the Interview, the board will prepare the NIACL AO Merit list category-wise. Candidates who fall within the number of vacancies in the merit list shall be considered for appointment.
