Air Force AFCAT 01/2023 Age Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
Flying Branch- Aspirants should have mandatorily passed with a minimum of 50% marks each in Maths and Physics at 10+2 level and (i) Graduation with minimum 3 Years degree course in any discipline with minimum 60% marks OR BE/B Tech degree (Four years course) from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent
Group Duty (Technical) Branch- (Aeronautical Engineer)- As[irants with a minimum of 50% marks each in Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 Level and a minimum of 4 Years degree Graduation/Integrated Post Graduation Qualification in Engineering/Technology.
Group Duty (Non-Technical) Branches- (Administration & Logistics)- Passed 10+2 and Graduate Degree (Minimum three Years degree course) in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks.
Accounts Branch- Candidates passed 10+2 and did Graduation in any of the following- B.Com, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Management Studies, Bachelor of Business Studies, B.Sc. with specialization in Finance.
Meteorology- Candidates should be passed 10+2 and Post Graduate Degree in any Science stream/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Geography/ Computer Applications/ Environmental Science/Applied Physics/ Oceanography/ Meteorology/ Agricultural Meteorology/ Ecology & Environment/ Geo-physics/ Environmental Biology with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of all papers put together (Provided Maths and Physics were studied at Graduation Level with a minimum of 55% marks in each)
AFCAT Jobs- Age Limit
Flying Branch through AFCAT and NCC Special Entry: 20 to 24 Years as on 01 January 2024 i.e. born between 02 January 2000 to 01 January 2004 (both dates inclusive). The upper age limit for aspirants holding valid and current Commercial Pilot License issued by DGCA is relaxable upto 26 Years i.e. born between 02 January 1998 to 01 January 2004
Group duty (Technical & Non-Technical) Branch: 20 to 26 Years as on 01 January 2024 i.e. born between 02 January 1998 to 01 January 2004.
Indian Air Force AFCAT 01/2023 Application Fees
The online tests will be conducted for AFCAT entry at various centers. Aspirants registering for AFCAT entry will have to pay an amount of Rs 250/- as an Examination fee.
