Education Qualification –
Assistant Sub Inspector (Steno) – Candidate must have Intermediate or senior secondary school certificate (10+2) examination from a recognized board/university.
Shorthand 80 words per minute (WPM) in English or Hindi for 10 minutes. Transcription or dictation in English in 50 minutes on the computer or transcription of dictation in Hindi in 65 minutes on the computer.
Head Constable (Ministerial) – Candidate must have Intermediate or senior secondary school certificate (10+2) examination from a recognized board/ university. Typing 35 words per minute (WPM).
Age Limit – The candidate is in between 18 years to 25 years. The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for the candidates belonging to the SC/ST and 05 years for Govt Servants. Also, relaxable for ex-servicemen and other special categories of personnel in accordance with the instructions issued by the Central Govt. from time to time.
