The Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training has announced the AP Polycet 2023 Counselling Schedule. Recently, Authority has declared the Result of the Polytechnic Entrance Exam on 20 May 2023. And then, the list of shortlisted candidates is eligible for Counselling for Admission to Polytechnic Courses. Now the AP POLYCET Counseling Registration window has been opened from 25 May 2023. Meanwhile, aspirants first have to complete AP Polycet Counseling Registration and Online Payment Fees. And then, Board will publish List and Schedule for Certificate Verification for SC, BC, OC and ST categories. So, applicants from 1 to the last rank can pay the processing fee between 25.05.2023 to 01.06.2023. AP POLYCET Counselling Date 2023 Registration, Choice Filling
Recently, the Department of Technical Education has invited online applications for AP POLYCET 2023. And then, a large number of students had registered for Polytechnic Entrance Test between 16 February to 30 April 2023. After that, they also took the Entrance Exam on 10 May 2023. Andhra Pradesh SBTET has declared the AP POLYCET Exam Marks, Results and Rank card. And based on their Rank in the Polytechnic Entrance Test, a list of qualified students will call for AP Polytechnic Counselling Process.

Well, the qualified candidates of APPOLYCET-2023 are informed that the Admission into Polytechnics will conduct based on the web-based Counselling. If you secured the required AP Polycet Rank then you are eligible for Admission Counselling. And qualified students have to attend Certificate Verification Process along with the Processing Dee Payment receipt. Therefore, they visit the nearest Help Line Centres (HLC).
Thus, aspirants who have qualified in the Exam can appear in the WEB Counselling Process for Admission into Diploma courses. The Counselling fee is of Rs 500 (SC/ST Category) & Rs 900 (OC/BC candidates). After Document Verification, they have to fill in choices of Colleges and Courses according to their preferences.

AP POLYCET 2023 Counselling Procedure
Payment of Processing Fee
All candidates from 1 to last rank pay the processing fee from 25 May to 01 June 2023. And Processing fee can be paid online using Credit Card or Debit Card or through Internet banking. Pay Rs 700/- for OC, BC and Rs 250/- for SC/ST.
Certification Verification
Hence, all students who obtained the required Rank in Polytechnic Entrance Test go for the Certification Verification. Aspirants have to verify their documents for further procedure. Students will issue a receipt of Certificates at Help-line Centers after verification.
Choice Filling/Exercising Options
After compilation of the DV Process, candidates have to fill the options of courses & Colleges as per their preferences. During this, aspirants check list of Polytechnic College along with the Courses offered by them & Course codes. And on the basis of course codes & Polytechnic codes, applicants can list out polytechnic in order of preference.
AP PolyCET Seat Allotment List
After completing the Choice Filling Process, candidates will log in for an Allotment order. Because Technical Education Board will declare the APPOLYCET Counseling Result and Seat Allotment. Hence, eligible candidates print Allotment Order and Report at the allotted college. As per official news, AP Polycet Seat Allotment Result will declare on 9th June 2023.
Reporting & Fee Payment
Once, the candidate is allotted a seat at relevant colleges then they have to reach and pay tuition fees. It means they have to report via the sefl-reporting system and report at the allotted college also with the Downloaded allotment letter.
