AP EAPCET Counselling Process 2022 – Online Registration, Counseling Dates, Choice Filling & Locking, Seat Allotment Result
The JNTU Kakinada has conducted the ‘Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test’ 4th-8th July 2022, 11-12 July 2022. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada has declared Andhra Pradesh EAMCET Result & Rank list (Only for Qualified candidates). Now the list of selected students is eligible for AP EAPCET Counseling Registration. Based on the Rank card, the department will issue opening and closing Rank and allot colleges according to the rank of students.
First of all, students complete AP EAPCET Counseling online Registration and fill out Choice of College and pay counseling fees online. And then after University will declare the AP EAPCET Seat Allotment list. List of students in seat Allotment result has to report at allotted college and verify necessary documents. They also fee Annual/semester fees for commencing sessions of the respective course.
AP EAPCET Counselling Dates 2022 – EAMCET Counseling Registration, Seat Allotment Result
The JNTU University finds eligibility for admission into Engineering, Bio-Technology, B.Tech, B.Sc (Ag)/ B.Sc (Hort)/ B.V.Sc & A.H/B.F.Sc and B.Pharmacy, Pharm D courses. University has conducted “Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test-2022”. The entrance test for Engineering was held on 04th July, and 08th July 2022. And Agriculture & Pharmacy Entrance Exam was organized from 11th, to 12th July 2022.
Department has declared the AP EAPCET Exam scorecard on its official website.
AP EAPCET Ranking- Aspirants shall be ranked based on the EAPCET normalized marks (75% weightage) and 10+2 (25% weightage) in the order of merit.
The rank obtained in AP EAPCET-2022 is valid for admission to the courses mentioned in the application form for the academic year 2022-2023 only.
EAPCET Rank card shall be downloaded from the website www.sche.ap.gov.in/eapcet.

AP EAPCET Counseling Date-
Department will soon release the Counselling schedule for Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Courses admission. Candidates whose name is on the EAPCET Rank list are eligible for EAPCET Counselling Online Registration.
Candidates have to first register for Counselling and then fill out the Choice filling, College name, and personal details in the Counseling Application Form between the given dates.
They have to also pay the Counselling fee category wise and document verification will be available for each round of counseling. After that University released AP EAPCET Seat Allotment List. if you allotted seat or college then reach at college for reporting with necessary Documents. And they pay course fees for commencing the course.

AP EAPCET Counselling 2022- List of Documents for Verification
After allocation college or seat for the desired course, candidates have to verify their necessary documents. They reach the allocated college and submit documents and Payment Receipts of the fee. Here we updated the list of documents required at the time for Document Verification-

Eligibility Criteria for Andhra Pradesh EAPCET Counselling
Aspirants who are meeting the required conditions are eligible for AP EAPCET Counselling Process. For web-based counseling, students have to qualify in EAPCET Exam and obtained a rank.
- 10 + 2 or its equivalent examination
- Another category (General) aspirants must secure a minimum of 45% marks (44.5% and above) in group subjects
- Reserved category aspirants (BC/SC/ST) should obtain 40% marks (39.5% and above) in group subjects
- All students should have completed 16 Years of age as of December 2022.
Procedure for AP EAPCET Counselling Application Form
Our team is providing a simple procedure to complete Counselling online Registration. In this process, students fill the choice of college, Pay counseling fees, and seat allotment result. First, pay the counseling fee and submit the counseling form & fill in the choice of college.
Step-1: First of all students have to pay a processing fee for counseling. The Fee has to be made through online mode (Credit/debit/net banking). After the transaction, an SMS confirming the same will be sent to the aspirants.
Counseling Fee –
- OC/BC Category- Rs 1200/-
- SC/St Category- Rs 600/-
After payment, login ID and registration number will be given through SMS for the mobile number submitted by those aspirants whose certificate data will be verified through web services.
Step-2: Document Verification- Applicants will have to report to their respective helpline centers after the payment of the counseling fee for the verification of documents. Both original and Photocopies of the documents have to be given by the candidates at the centers.
Step-3: Filling of Choices- in the 3rd step, the applicants will have to fill their choice of courses and colleges as per preference. Before filling the choices, the students will have to register and create a new password.
- Candidates will have to submit their registration number, hall ticket, rank, and Date of birth
- A new password has to be created by the applicants
- Students will be required to log in again by submitting their ID number, hall ticket number, password, and date of birth
- An OTP will be sent to the candidates. After submitting the OTP. the list of available institutes and courses will be displayed on the screen
AP EAPCET Seat Allotment Result
There will be 3 rounds of AP EAPCET seat allotment. The authority will organize the allotment as per the merit, category, reservation of candidates, selected preferences, and availability of seats in the participating institutes. The allotted candidates will have to download their allotment letters by logging into their individual candidate accounts.
