The Bar Council of India is going to conduct the “All India Bar Examination (AIBE-XVII)”. The main aim of AIBE-17 is to examine an Advocate’s capability to practice the profession of law in India. Students who will qualify for the AIBE-XVII are eligible for admission to the practice of law. They will be awarded a ‘Certificate of Practice’ by the Bar Council of India.
First candidates must check AIBE Notification carefully and then fill the AIBE-XVI Online Application in the right manner. The AIBE Registration will be started in August 2022. AIBE 2022 Registration Dates
All candidates who are searching the AIBE Application form they first Register using a valid E-Mail ID and Mobile number. The AIBE Registration has started from August 2022 They can submit applications online mode. No other modes/means will be accepted.
AIBE Registration will be completed based on various phases like Application Form, document upload, and fee payment. They fill the Application form carefully including details i.e. education, personal and communication. Contenders upload documents i.e. Passport size Photograph, Signature and enrollment documents should be self-attested.

Eligibility Criteria for AIBE 2022 Registration
Before filling AIBE Application Form, Aspirants should be eligible for the All India Bar Examination-XVII (17). The Eligible conditions should be in regard to Age and Qualification.
Nationality- Students must be Indian citizens.
Education Qualification- Aspirants must have 3, 5 years LLB Degree from any institute/University recognized by the Bar Council of India
Age Limit- There are no upper or lower age limit criteria to apply for AIBE.
Note- There will be no marks criteria to apply. There is no attempt limit. Contenders can appear any number of times for a test. It will be compulsory for students to be enrolled as an advocate with the State Bar Council.
Application Fee for AIBE-17 Registration
Aspirants must have to pay application charges online mode. The payment can be paid via Net Banking, Credit Card/Debit Card etc.
- General and OBC Candidates- Rs 3560/-
- SC/ST Category Candidates- Rs 2500/-
How to fill AIBE 2022 Application Form, AIBE XVII Registration
All candidates are required to apply for the All India Bar Examination-17 through online mode. No other modes/means will be accepted. First students complete AIBE Registration using necessary details. And also upload Documents i.e. Passport size photograph and signature in the specified format. In online Registration, candidates need to enter the followings details –
- Advocate ID Card
- Scanned Photo and Signature
- Enrollment Certificate
- Category Certificate
- Disability Certificate

Step-2: AIBE Application Form Filling-
In this section, aspirants enter Personal and academic details in the right manner. They need to fill in the Personal Information like Name, Gender, Father/Mother Name, Date of birth, Permanent Address, E-Mail ID and Mobile number. 
They also need to give their Academic qualification details as under:-
- Name of College
- The course duration of LLB
- Graduation Stream
- Admission Year and Pass out Year of the LLB Degree
- Enrollment Number
- Master’s degree/Any other qualification (if available)
Step-3: Upload Documents
Further, login again with the Registration ID and Password and upload the necessary Certificates. Candidates upload the following Documents during applying for the All India Bar Examination-XVII.
- Photograph- 10KB – 50KB
- Signature- 10KB-50KB
- Self-Attested Enrollment Certificate- 50KB-500KB
- Self-Attested photo ID- 50KB-500KB
Step-4: Select Test Language & Test Centre
Further, candidates need to fill in details such as aspirant type, category and also give if they have any disability. Further, candidates need to give three preferences from the list of test cities. Also, aspirants need to select the AIBE question paper language from –
