CAT 2021 Notification, Exam Date, Registration Process
The Common Admission Test for various Management Programmes will be held in November 2021. It is a National level MBA Entrance Exam organized by IIMs for admission to over 1200 B-Schools across India.

Eligibility Criteria for IIM CAT Entrance Exam 2021
First of all, candidates should check the complete eligibility conditions for CAT Application Form 2021. Because your CAT Registration may be canceled in case of mistakes occurring in the Online form.
The Applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of candidates belonging to the SC, ST and PwD categories).
He/she must have completed a professional degree (CA/CS/ICWA) with the required percentage.
Those appearing for the final year of Graduation qualification or awaiting the result are also eligible to apply for CAT 2021.
Application Fee for CAT Online Registration
Aspirants need to pay the Application fee only once, irrespective of the number of institutes he/she is applying for SC, ST and PwD aspirants must upload a copy of their SC/ST/PwD certificates at the time of CAT Registration. Fees once paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

How to apply for CAT MBA Admission 2021- CAT Online Application Process
Students have to visit the official website i.e. www.iim.cat.ac.in to apply for the Common Admission Test. Aspirants must enter the correct details in the CAT Application Form. The First step of applying is Registration which will complete with a Valid E-Mail ID and Mobile number. Contenders check detailed CAT Exam Notification and application instructions carefully. They also upload photographs and signatures in the specified format. They follow the below steps for IIM CAT Registration-
- First all candidates visit official website i.e. www.iim.cat.ac.in
- On the home page, open CAT Notification and read it carefully
- Go to the Candidate Login section
- Register first using necessary details
- Login CAT Application Form and enter personal and academic details in the right manner.
- Upload Photograph and Signature in Specified format
- CAT registration cum application fee is Rs 2,000 for General and OBC candidates and Rs 1,000 for SC, ST, PwD candidates
- Click on submit button and save CAT Online Form for further use.
CAT Exam Pattern 2021
The Common Admission Test will be conducted in November 2021. The Paper will carry 100 Objective Type Multiple choice questions. Each question carries 3 Marks and the total marks are 300. There are 180 minutes for students to complete the complete CAT Exam Question Paper. All questions will be asked from VARC, DILR and QA sections.
3 Marks for Every correct answer. And there will be negative marking and 1/3 (-1) Mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
