UPSC CDS Application Form 2022, CDS I Exam Notification, Eligibility Criteria
Union Public Service Commission has announced CDS Exam Notification. The Commission will fill 341 vacant seats for admission to the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, and Officers’ Training Academy, Chennai through CDS I 2022. The Combined Defence Services Examination (I), 2022 is scheduled for 10 April 2022.
Commission will conduct CDS (I) 2022 on 10/04/2022 for 341 vacancies in Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Officers’ Training Academy, Chennai courses
The Selection Process for the UPSC CDS Exam will be made through written exams and personal Interviews. Written Exam will be held for 300 Marks. Online registration for the CDS 1 Exam will commence from 22 December to 11 January 2022.

Eligibility Criteria for UPSC CDS 1 Application 2022
Before applying for UPSC CDS Recruitment, candidates should ensure their eligibility for the CDS I Examination 2022.
Education Qualification
IMA and Officers’ Training Academy, Chennai- Degree of a recognized University or equivalent
Indian Naval Academy – Degree in Engineering from a recognized University/Institution
Air Force Academy- Degree of a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelors of Engineering
Note- Graduates with the first choice as Army/Navy/Air Force are to submit proof of Graduation/provisional certificates on the date of commencement of the SSB Interview at the SSB. Download CDS Admit Card
CDS 1 2022 Age Limit-
—Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January 1998 and not later than 1st January 2004 only are eligible for IMA
—Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January 1999 and not later than 1st January 2004 only are eligible For the Indian Naval Academy
— 20 to 24 years as on 01.01.2022 i.e. born not earlier than 2nd January 1999 and not later than 1st January 2004 for Air Force Academy
— Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January 1998 and not later than 1st January 2004 only are eligible for officer’s Training Academy – (SSC Course for men)
Application Fee for UPSC CDS Recruitment 2022
Contenders must have to pay the exam fee at the time of UPSC CDS Application Form 2022 through online mode. The payment of the CDS II online form can be deposited via Net Banking, Credit Card/Debit Card.
Candidates (excepting Female/SC/ST candidates who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) either by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of State Bank of India or by using Visa/Master/Rupay Credit/Debit Card.

The applicants are advised to submit only single CDS 2022 Application; however if due to any unavoidable situation, if he/she submits another/multiple applications, then he/she must ensure that UPSC CDS Application Form 2022 with the higher RID (Registration ID) is complete in all respects like applicants details, examination center, photograph, signature, fee, etc.
The applicants who are submitting multiple applications should note that only the applications with higher RID (Registration ID) shall be entertained by the Commission and the fee paid against one RID shall not be adjusted against any other RID.
