UPCET Counselling Schedule 2021 – AKTU Admission 1st 2nd 3rd Round Counseling Process
Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University organizes Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam 2021 for UG and PG Degree Courses every year. The UPTU Entrance Exam organizes for admission to First year of B.Tech/ B.Tech (Biotechnology)/ B.Tech (Agriculture Engineering)/ B.Arch/ B.Des/ B.Pharm, BHMCT/BFAD/ BFA/ MBA/ MCA and 2nd year (Lateral Entry) of B.Tech/B.Pharm/MCA.

UPTU/AKTU Counselling Dates

UPTU State Entrance Exam Counselling Process
National Testing Agency NTA organizes UPSEE Counselling 2021 Every year. This is a great opportunity for all those students who can get their admission in Engineering, Pharmacy courses. The Counseling is held in various rounds and UPSEE Spot Counselling has held if the seats remain vacant even after the last round of counseling. It is conducted in offline mode. Candidates get their seats allotted on the basis of merit upon the NTA UPCET Rank List. There are the various stage for UPSEE Counseling Registration Process-

Eligibility Criteria for AKTU Admission Counseling 2021
First students have to qualify for the State Entrance Examination with good marks. If they secure equal or above Marks from UPSEE Cut off Marks they will be invited for the counseling process. We have already discussed that the Counseling process includes four Main stages and an optional 5th round which will be used in case the seats remain vacant at the end. It is Mandatory for candidates to score minimum qualifying marks so as to attend the UPSEE Counselling Registration process.

UPTU Counselling Procedure
The Uttar Pradesh Technical University is organizing counseling phases in many rounds. Students have to undergo some phases of UPCET Counselling like Online Registration, Document Verification, online Choice Filling, Seat Allotment, and Reporting.
UPSEE Online Counselling Registration- Firstly, students will have to register for the Counselling through online mode. Students must register for counseling by entering their application number & password. They have to pay a counseling fee of Rs 1000/-.
Document Verification- Once fee payment paid, students will also have to upload the scanned copy of all documents/certificates. The size of each document must be a maximum of 200 KB. Aspirant’s documents must be verified by the University through online mode.
Online Choice Filling- After successful fee payment & transaction is updated at the NIC server of NTA UPCET 2021, the “Choice Filling & Locking” link will be activated immediately on the login page. Candidates must fill their choices of college & courses as per their preferences. Candidates must fill the maximum number of choices.
UPSEE Seat Allotment – After that, the department will release the Seat Allotment list for NTA AKTU 1st Round Counselling. Applicants must check the seat allotment result by entering their “Application Number” & “Password”. They download a Seat allotment letter for admission.
Reporting- After the declaration of seat allotment result, candidates will have to report at the allotted college in a given time period. Candidates’ seats will be automatically canceled in case, they will not report to the allotted college in a given time.
How to fill UPCET 2021 Counselling Application Form
- First of all, students visit the official website i.e. https://upsee.nic.in/
- After that, based on the UPCET merit list they fill online Registration Form for UPCET 1st Round Counselling. Application Number will be mandatory to fill the form.
- In the next step, students pay the application fee will be mandatory to be paid through online Transaction modes i.e. Debit Card/Credit card or Net Banking.
- After payment UPTU/AKTU Counselling Fee, they will have o go through the Document Verification process.
- Here the students will have to select Preference for the colleges.
- Once the candidate clears the NTA UPSEE Counselling process, he or she will get a choice to accept the college allocated. If the candidate accepts, seats will be allocated to him/her.
- Once the seat will be confirmed on the name of the particular candidate. It will be mandatory for him or her to report to the respective institution with the required documents and Demand Draft of INR 70,000/- on the name of ‘Finance Officer of AKTU/ UPTU’.

Required Documents for UPCET Counselling Process 2021
Students are required to submit the necessary documents for NTA AKTU Admission Counselling at reporting time. Candidates will have to submit a certificate of Medical fitness /handicapped on Certificate number 9 at the time of Counselling.

UPCET Seat Allotment Result 2021
After the process of Counseling Registration and choice filling & locking, the department will declare the UPCET Seat Allotment List. NTA UPCET seat allotment result is announced on the basis of merit of a candidate, subject to his/ her order of preference for seats and availability of seats in the category.
After Seat Allotment, the student may confirm their seat and college. Students have to option of freeze, float, and withdraw at the time of the seat confirmation step in NTA UPCET Counselling 2021.
- Freeze: Students are required to choose the Freeze option if they are satisfied with the seat allotted to them and would like to take admission.
- Float: They need to select the Float option if they wish to keep the allotted seat but also want to opt for up-gradation in the next round of counseling.
- Withdraw: Candidates need to select the Withdraw option if they do not want to accept the allotted seat and want to withdraw from further rounds of UPCET Counselling 2021.
