The Union Public Service Commission has released a notification for the “National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (II), 2022”. An Examination will be conducted by the Union Public Service Commission on 04 September 2022 for admission to Courses for the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA for the 150th Course, and for the 112th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) commencing from 2nd July 2023.

UPSC NDA & NA Cut off Marks 2022 – NDA Exam Marking Scheme 

The UPSC NDA NA Cut off Marks are the minimum passing marks decided by the recruitment board to qualify for the examination. The board prepares the NDA Cutoff list category-wise for General/OBC/SC/ST. There are various factors that affect the Cutoff such as the total number of vacancies, Paper difficulty level, Number of candidates participating in the examination, Previous year cutoff, and category-wise reservation. 

National Defence Academy Exam conducts twice a year. The NDA cutoff is issued separately for the written Exam and Final Selection. The cutoff for the written exam is calculated out of 900 marks. The final selection cutoff is calculated based on the marks secured by the last recommended candidates out of 1800 marks (900 marks of the written exam and 900 marks of SSB Interview). Candidates require minimum 25% marks out of 900 Marks in Each Subject.

Board has decided on minimum NDA Cutoff marks based on various factors. Cutoff Marks determine through total vacancies, number of candidates who appeared in The Exam and Paper difficulty level. NDA & NA Cut off Marks 

The Cut off for NDA is the minimum passing marks required to qualify the Exam. Applicants have to obtain an NDA Cut off out of a total of 900 Marks from GAT and Mathematics Test. The Commission has decided on qualifying marks category-wise. Here we are introducing the expected Cut off for NDA & NA Examination.

The Sectional Cut off is different for NDA 1 and 2 Exam. In 2021, the sectional NDA I and II Cut off were 25% in each subject. In 2016, the sectional NDA 2 Cut off was 20% while it was 25% for NDA 1 in the same year.
