The Gunotsav is a program designed for qualitative improvement in Schools education which includes learning outcomes of children as well as co-Scholastic activities. Besides, Gunotsav, an initiative of the Government of Assam, is organized to cover all elementary and Secondary Schools in the State. All ministers and Civil servants and officers of various departments of the State govt are involved in Gunotsav.
