Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani will commence the registration process of BITSAT Counselling and Seat Allotment 2021 after the results are declared. Students who qualify for BITSAT Exam 2021 will be eligible to participate in the BITSAT 2021 Counselling Process. Candidates qualifying BITS Admission Test 2021 Exam will then have to register for the Counselling steps. To register for BITSAT Counselling 2021, candidates have to pay the registration fee and choose their preferences of branches and institutes.
The seat allotment will be done on the basis of merit secured by the students in the BITSAT Paper. Other than the written exam and Counselling, BITS also provide direct admission to candidates. However, for direct admission at BITS campuses candidates need to be board toppers. BITSAT Counselling 2021 – BITS Admission Test Slot Booking
BITS Pilani will conduct BITSAT 2021 counselling, slot booking and seat allotment procedure in online mode. Eligible candidates who qualify for BITSAT 2021 will have to fill the BITSAT counselling application form which will be available on the official website after the Entrance Exam 2021. Qualified candidates who do not register for BITSAT counselling will not be able to participate in the BITSAT admission and seat allotment procedure.

BITS Direct Admission Process 2021
BITS Pilani offers direct admission to first rank students of all the central and state boards to the programmes of their choice, irrespective of their BITSAT score. However, such candidates need to have secured a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in PCM and they also need to have at least 60% marks in each of the PCM subjects in class 12th exam in 2021. The aggregate marks should include Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics apart from other subjects considered by the board to pass the class 12th exam.

How to Register For BITSAT Counselling Procedure 2021?
BITS Entrance Exam Counselling 2021 will be conducted by BITS Pilani after the declaration of BITSAT results for admissions to over 2,000 seats in Integrated First Degree Programmes of Engineering and B.E. (Honours) programmes.
To participate in BITSAT 2021 counselling, candidates have to register and fill up an application form along with 12th marks and preferences of degree programmes and institute. BITS Admission Test counselling 2021 at all the 3 campuses – BITS Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad will be conducted simultaneously. As candidates get to know their scores immediately after the test, they can fill the counselling application form on the basis of their scores. However, the final status of the qualifying candidates will be available when the waiting list for BITSAT 2021 will be released.
The registration process for BITSAT 2021 counselling is explained below:
- Provide Personal Details – While filling the admission application form for BITSAT counselling, candidates have to fill in their personal details like name, mobile number, email ID, etc.
- Counselling Fee Payment – In this stage, candidates are required to make the fee payment online (net banking/credit card/debit card) or offline mode (challan). In the offline mode, candidates can do cash payment at any of the ICICI bank branches in India.
- Submission of Class 12 Exam Details – During the form filling process for admissions, candidates can fill the rest of the details and submit it in case their results are not announced by then. However, once the results are announced they have to submit the details by logging in.
- Filling Order of Preference – Students have to select and set their order of preferences for the programmes available at BITS. They must remember that once the details are submitted, no changes will be permitted. Thus, they must be careful to submit the right information pertaining to the order of preferences.
- Uploading Scanned Copies – Candidates will be required to upload the necessary and supporting documents to confirm their application form. Scanned images of signature and photograph must be uploaded in the required format. After these documents have been uploaded, these documents will be reflecting on the right side of the page. Candidates will now have to click on the “Submit” option to complete the process.
BITSAT Seat Allotment 2021
The seat allotment of BITSAT 2021 is also known as Iteration. Registered candidates will be able to check their seat allotment status online. The registered candidates who are not allotted in an iteration round will be included in the waiting list.
Candidates can follow the steps provided below to check their seat allotment status online:
- Go to the official website and look for the Seat Allotment status link (will be updated soon).
- Provide personal details as prompted.
- Click on “Proceed” or “Submit”.
- The seat allotment status of the candidates will be reflected on the screen along with other information.
How to do BITS Admission Test Slot Booking 2021

After this, the candidates need to enter BITSAT 2021 application number and password.
On accessing the login, the candidates will have to choose the following:
