The State Health Society, Bihar invites Application form from fresh/working GNM/B.Sc Nursing aspirants willing and enthusiastic to serve the community may apply for the six-month CCH under NHM. The Course for ‘Certificate in Community Health’ will be for the July-2021 and January 2022 sessions. Aspirants who complete this course will be posted at Health & Wellness Centre (H&WC’s) as Community Health Officer (CHOs)

NHM Bihar CHO Vacancy – Educational Qualification
Working regular Staff Nurse GNM/B.Sc Nursing under Govt. of Bihar or, Working contractual Staff Nurse/GNM under NHM/Govt of Bihar or, Fresh GNM/B.Sc. Nursing, General Nurse and Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized institute/Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a recognized University/Institution.
Age Limit-
The minimum age of the candidate should be 21 Years. And maximum age should be-
- 42 Years for UR & EWS
- 45 Years for BC/MBC (M&F)
- 45 Years for (F)/EWS (F) and
- 47 Years for SC/ST
Note- 10 Years of age relaxation will be admissible to Divine Body Applicant.

All candidates have to pay the application charges category-wise for Bihar CHO Recruitment. The Fee will be accepted through an online payment mode. Selection Process for NHM Bihar CHO Recruitment
The Selection shall be done subject to the reservation policy of Govt of Bihar. The Final selection will be based on the Marks obtained in the Computer-based Test (CBT) and the availability of Vacancies as per the reservation roster. Minimum qualifying Marks in CBT will be overall 30%.
