Department of Military Affairs, Government has published a new Scheme named “Agneepath Scheme Recruitment 2022 (अग्निपथ स्कीम)”. Aspirants who want to join Indian Armed Forces have an opportunity to join Army, Air Force and Navy. Government is going to recurit 45,000 to 50,000 soldiers through Agniveer Bharti under this scheme.

अग्निपथ भर्ती योजना 2022
14 जून 2022 को केंद्र सरकार ने भारतीय सेना में भर्ती के लिए अग्निपथ योजना की शुरुआत की है। इस योजना के तहत तीनो भारतीय सेनाओ में युवा 4 साल के लिए भर्ती हो सकेंगे। भारतीय सेना, भारतीय नौसेना और भारतीय वायु सेना में भर्ती होने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को अग्निव्वर (Agniveer) कहा जायेग। अग्निवीर पोस्ट के लिए आवेदक की उम्र साढ़े 17 से 21 साल के बीच होनी चाहिए और अभ्यर्थी 10वी या 12वी पास होना चाहिए ।
अग्निवीर के लिए पहले साल करीब 4.76 लाख का पैकेज और चौथा वर्ष तक ये बढ़कर 6.92 लाख का हो जायेगा, वेतन का 30 फीसदी अग्निवीर कोर्प्स फंड में जायेगा और इतनी ही रकम सरकार देगी । सेवाकाल पूरा होने पर 11.71 लाख रुपये अग्निवीर को मिलेंगे और इस पर कोई टेक्स नही लगेगा । सेना में 4 साल की नौकरी के बाद युवाओ की भविष्य के लिए और अवसर मिलेंगे । अग्निवीरो के बीच से सर्वश्रेष्ठ युवाओ को सेना में रखा जायेगा और अन्य युवा 4 साल बाद सेवा मुक्त हो जायेंगे ।
Eligibility Criteria for Agneepath Yojana 2022
Before applying for Agneepath Scheme Recruitment, candidates must be aware of the required eligibility criteria. If they meet to complete eligible norms then start Agniveer Bharti Online Application Form in Army, Navy and Air Force.
Education Qualification – Candidates should be passed the 8th, 10th & 12th Class Exam from a recognized board/Institution.
Age Limit- The age of the candidates should be a minimum of 17.5 Years and a Maximum of 23 years for 2022-23.
Selection Process for Agneepath Recruitment 2022
The Recruitment board will invite online applications for Agniveer Recruitment in the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force. Board will first organize the Recruitment Rally to determine the Physical Measurement Test, and Physical Efficiency Test. After that qualified candidates in Agneepath Scheme Recruitment Rally will be called for a medical test.
And then qualified candidates will be invited for the Common Entrance Examination (CEE). After that board will prepare a merit list through Document Verification.
Medical Test- As per laid down medical standards at the Rally site. Unfit candidates will be referred to MH for Specialist review. Aspirants to report to designated Military Hospital within 5 days from referral and review medical exam to be completed by military Hospital within 14 days as per policy.
Uniform- To encourage and recognize the dynamism of youth, a distinctive insignia will be worn by Agniveers on their uniform during their engagement period.
Honors and Awards- Agniveers will be entitled to honors and awards, as per extant guidelines governing the subject for the IAF, Army & Navy.
Training- On being enrolled, individuals will be imparted military training based on organization requirements.
Assessment-
IAF will endeavour to maintain a centralized high-quality online database of ‘Agniveers’ and will follow a transparent common Assessment methodology. An objective assessment system to ensure fair and impartial assessment will be introduced.

Aims of Agneepath Scheme 2022
The main purpose of the central government is to introduce the Indian Army Agneepath Entry Scheme with the aim of training the youth and making a cut n retirement as well as in pensions. The Government of India has come up with this scheme to strengthen our security forces. Selected candidates will be trained professionally and then recruited in areas like the J&K border.
The most important thing to note about this recruitment is that there will be no entrance exam for the youth. After getting selected, candidates will have to undergo training for six months and then will be inducted for three and a half years. So that they can be prepared to join the Armed Forces as a professional.

Agneepath Scheme Details- Pay Scale
The annual package for soldiers in the Agneepath scheme for the first year will be Rs 4.76 lakh and it will increase to 6.92 lakh in the fourth and final year of the term, i.e. an initial salary of Rs 30,000 with additional benefits in these four years of service, which is four years. 40,000 by the end of the service.
Also during these service years, 30 percent of their salary will be used under the service fund program, and the same amount will be contributed monthly by the government, plus interest thereon. This means that after completing their required four years of duty, they will get the benefit of a service fund package, under which they will get Rs 11.71 lakh as a lump sum amount and will remain tax-free.
Along with this there is also a provision of life insurance cover of Rs 48 lakh for four years and Rs 1 crore will be given to the family members in case of death and this will include salary for unserved tenure.
